ePSXe is one of the most popular PSX (PSOne) emulators on PC and Mobile. This emulator is highly appreciated for its good compatibility and lots of detailed tweaks. It allows you to achieve the best graphics and sound performance for playing original PlayStation games.
Important notes
- For some plugins, you may need to install the GTK+ library
- The two recommended BIOSes are: 1001 (NTSC) – US and 7502 (PAL) – Europe (already added in the root folder)
- The checkbox in Additional -> CPU Overclock -> x1 must be checked
- 2 reg files have been added to the (ReConfigs) folder. Adding them to the registry will remove the emulator settings branches and plugin settings (more details in readme.txt). After that, you will be able to completely reconfigure the emulator.
- MemcardRex 1.9 – one of the best memory card managers (requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0)
