Mario Pinball Land was released in 2004, developed by Fuse Games, maker of classic titles such as Active Health with Carol Vorderman and Fair Shark.

Mario Pinball Land has a bizarre plot. It’s about the Mushroom Kingdom residents waiting in line to get into this machine to be transformed into balls. Even Princess Peach wants to participate. Aim the cannon at Bowser’s castle, who could have predicted this strange chain of events?

Mario Pinball Land is a more unique approach to pinball, allowing you to explore different pinball tables that act as game worlds to collect Stars to unlock new level doors as you progress. The game is set up in a semi-linear style, allowing you to choose the world you want to play in the order you want. Most rooms in each world have locked doors that can only be opened when a certain number of stars are reached. There are different ways to get stars, like killing enemies, collecting coins, or hitting targets.

The game includes 5 different worlds and Bowser’s castle. To enter the castle, you need 4 keys from the world bosses. The bosses are probably the attractive part of the game as the battles do not require high precision but are still interesting and unique.
