Basically, Outbreak File #2 is a sequel to Resident Evil Outbreak. Outbreak File #2, like Outbreak, is divided into five episodes, which according to the developers is inevitable in an online game that is not designed for long scenarios.

In each scenario, you can choose one of eight players, each with their own abilities. There are some areas in the game that can only be accessed by players with certain abilities. The game allows 4 players to team up with each other. In single-player, the remaining players are controlled by artificial intelligence, which has a very bad personality. For example, players do not always help you, they will suddenly run away somewhere and reappear in another part of the level, etc.

You may have better luck in multiplayer, but the communication system is so weak that it does not allow you to conduct formal discussions with your allies. There is only a set of standard phrases like “yes”, “no”, and “help”. You can also ask the character to say some random phrases that make sense for the situation… it can be very funny.
