In the realm of floating islands, there are six countries. With the greatest aircrafts in the world, the Ordia Empire is the most powerful. However, its leaders had an insatiable desire for power and intended to attack and conquer the other five countries. For as long as possible, the other countries attempted to retain diplomatic ties with the Empire. However, one of those nations, the Esk Republic, made the decision to dispatch a highly skilled pilot special strike squad in an effort to launch a covert uprising against the Empire. The pilot selected for this trip is a young woman named Keid, who will be accompanied by his more experienced companion, the female Payer.

Blue Wing Blitz is a turn-based strategic role-playing game where you take control of aircrafts rather than fighters or military units. You use a round-based approach to maneuver your aircraft over an airspace war zone. There’s a combat once you land in an opponent plane’s area. You are in charge of your aircraft during such fights, and you may launch different assaults or resist. The combat ends after a few turns, but if the opposing planes are still in the same spot, it will restart.
