Players of the role-playing game “Hunter X Hunter: Greed Island” amass a deck of playing cards to employ in boss fights.

Gon and Killua are the only playable characters at the beginning of the game, but you may recruit allies to increase your party size to three—something that wasn’t an option in the original. Discover every nook and cranny of Greed Island as you participate in activities held in cities, villages, and more, all while collecting a wide variety of cards!

Battles are turn-based and use a command selection mechanism; the field is 8 x 3. In tactical field fights, the hit ratio and damage vary depending on the opponent’s position and distance, and conflicts can involve groups of up to three players vs three in the previous telekinesis fighting system. Potential assaults include telekinesis and card attacks.

The game features over 220 cards, 100 of which are uncommon and may be placed in certain pockets. Additionally, there are 40 cards with magical properties, 40 item cards, and 40 monster cards, which can be used to capture or transform vanquished creatures into cards. Another option is to visit the trade store and swap the cards for cash.
