Two violent occurrences take place in Tokyo in the early summer. An ongoing arson murder case named “Pyromania” and a murder case named “Mad Cook” are the two cases in question.

Along with investigator Niko Nishitani, who was sent from the main office, the protagonist, Koichiro Hasegawa, of Suginami station, is investigating the “Mad Cook” and “Pyromania” crimes.

This narrative is overseen by Joji Iida, the original creator, and it is based on a scenario that was produced in the application “D’s Garage 21”. More than twenty distinct conclusions are generated by the scenario that extends beyond nine hundred pages of draft material.
