Mega Man Powered Up is based on the original fan-friendly Mega Man we all know and love. However, it is also markedly different from the original game. It’s easier in terms of difficulty, and CapCom also designed Mega Man to look cute. The game has a graphic style similar to Maverick Hunter X, with 3D character models on a 2D plane. But unlike Maverick Hunter X, the developer made Mega Man cute. That’s when you play with boss characters. You can unlock bosses as playable characters. Just defeat them with Mega Buster, don’t use any unlocked weapons, you can choose Guts Man, Cut Man or other boss characters as the main character. The plot revolves around them, with Proto Man taking the boss position.
