The Evil Twins, a pair of purple birds, pose a fresh danger to Crash’s home planet. To neutralize this new menace, Crash must work with Dr. Neo Cortex, his bitterest adversary.

In Crash Twinsanity, Crash must occasionally collaborate with Dr. Cortex, a throwback to the original Crash platform game. Dr. Cortex may be picked up and thrown by Crash into areas beyond his grasp, or he can be used as a hammer to strike opponents. Numerous amusing scenarios are brought up by the heroes’ constant fight.
