The narrative of little woodchuck Gregory Chuckwood, who resides in the peaceful and quaint hamlet of Acorn Hollow, is told in the children’s adventure game Gregory and the Hot Air Balloon, which is designed for ages 4–7. Gregory takes his pet lizard Newt for a hot air balloon flight one bright day, but the balloon comes loose and crashes near a fair. Among other exciting things to do during the carnival, our hero must now mend the balloon and figure out how to return home. Playing the Guessing game entails selecting the correct object from five pictures given a description; visiting the Trampoline room to jump; or the Mirror room in the Fun House to change Gregory’s reflection, among other activities. Storybooks describe some of Gegory and Newt’s other adventures.
