Mortal Kombat 6 – the sixth installment in the gory and spectacular Mortal Kombat series. Stunning graphics and even more pain in the fight for victory. Destructible environments that allow access to new areas and arenas. Favorite characters like Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Milena, and Baraka meet again to decide the fate of the world.

MKD introduced highly interactive arenas with multiple levels, weapons, and traps that can instantly kill the opponent. Invisible walls that could damage the opponent were removed. A “Combo Breaker” system was introduced, which allows players to break an opponent’s combo up to 3 times per match. Characters received unique throws and victory poses (some of which were taken from MKDA). Some fighters also received unique wakeup moves after losing a round (Sub-Zero shoots ice on the ground to get up, etc.)

The sub-boss is Noob-Smoke, who switches fighting styles by switching characters (Noob Saibot’s style is a monkey, Smoke’s is Mi Tzu). Neither fighter has a weapon style. This is partly compensated by the fact that both fighters can appear in the arena at the same time – performing team combos or simply confusing the opponent. MK:D is the first game in the series to feature online multiplayer.
