The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles immerses you in a fascinating and humorous world of clue-finding, deduction, and dramatic courtroom sparring. The game introduces a two-part series of stories about the adventures of young lawyer Ryunosuke.

Both games feature five murder cases set in late 19th century Japan or London. Each episode is packed with the humor, drama, twists, and legal conundrums that the complex, intricate Ace Attorney series is known for. You take on the role of Ryunosuke Naruhodo, the ancestor of the series’ protagonist Phoenix Wright. Your mission is to uncover an international criminal conspiracy or solve a difficult, mysterious case that no one else wants to take on. Arguing in court has never been so exciting!

To prepare, interview witnesses, study evidence, and get into the criminal’s mind to understand his dark intentions, and present your findings and conclusions in court. During the hearing, you’ll hear from all sides, bring witnesses face-to-face, and present your version of events. Of course, no Ace Attorney would be complete without shouting “I object!” as you uncover the truth and evidence that could disprove the prosecution’s accusations and prove your client’s innocence.
