We are living in a war.

The witch Edea manipulates the Republic of Galbadia into deploying its massive troops against the other countries on the globe.
Along with resistance fighter Rinoa, Squall and other members of SeeD, an elite mercenary group, struggle against Galbadia’s despotic authority in order to stop Edea from achieving her ultimate aim.

This product is a remaster of Final Fantasy VIII with several improvements, including more ways to adjust the difficulty and gameplay experience, like:

Battle support features (HP, ATB indicator, and Limit Break enhancements)
Triple game speed boost
No chance meetings

The ROM file can be run directly on the Nintendo Switch emulator. (Ryujinx is recommended after Yuzu has been deprecated)
If you use a hacked system, please install the ROM using Tinfold.
There is no difference between the NSP and XCI formats.
