Reynatis is the latest Japanese action RPG released exclusively on the Nintendo Switch. The game is set in Tokyo – originally planned for a domestic release only, but due to the positive response from players, the developer has confirmed that it will be released in other markets in the near future. This is the Japanese version of the game, currently only supporting Japanese.

Reynatis was developed together with the authors of the Final Fantasy series. Fantasy meets reality in Shibuya, Tokyo, where magic is a terrifying thing. In this role-playing game, you play as a young witch who searches for freedom while an officer seeks to control magic. When their paths cross, a darkness appears that will change the world…

It is the year 2024. Marin Kirizumi is a magician who grew up under the pressure of others because of his magic. “If you become the strongest, you will be free.” Following his father’s words, he comes to Shibuya at night. When Sari Nishijima discovers her magic, she decides to use her power to maintain order. Follow her own sense of justice to protect Shibuya from the forces with dangerous ideals and illegal drugs that turn people into monsters.

The Shibuya Pockets contain the Mist, a portal to an alternate magical world known as the Otherworld, accessible only to mages.

This secret realm is ruled by an anti-government organization known as the Guild. Those who do not know how to use magic cannot enter, and monsters are rampant due to the magic in the air. In the vastness of the Other, there are not only forests and wild animals, but also things like factories and museums. What lurks in its deepest recesses?
