A terrifying origami monster has swept throughout the realm! Embark on a hilarious journey with Mario and his newfound ally Olivia as they fight wicked Folded Soldiers, restore the environment, and attempt to rescue Princess Peach’s castle from King Olly in this exclusive Nintendo Switch game.

After receiving an invitation to an origami festival from Princess Peach, Mario, and Luigi eagerly make their way to Toad Town… and that’s not right. The two adventurers discover a terrifying Princess Peach after exploring the hauntingly deserted town. King Olly, king of the Origami Kingdom, has transformed her into an origami figure! As part of his scheme to re-fold the universe, King Olly locks Princess Peach’s Castle and moves it to a faraway mountain using five enormous streamers that he controls.

Mario encounters King Olly’s sister, Olivia, on his quest to restore the paper landscape and free Peach’s Castle; the two women team together to halt Olly’s origami invasion. The Koopa king, Bowser, is even manipulated into betraying his master by Olly’s origami Folded Soldiers, who transform him into an ally of Mario and Olivia!

Ring fights against the Folded Soldiers test your ability to set up adversaries tactically for maximum damage! Mario may pull, peel, strike, and more with the scenery outside of battle by extending his 1,000-Fold Arms ability in certain areas! On this adventure full of joy, excitement, tears, and folding, you’ll tag along with Mario, Olivia, and their friends.
