DOOM ROM Description

Bethesda Softworks released id Software’s first-person shooter game Doom. It is the first significant entry in the series since 2004’s Doom 3 and the fourth overall, and it is a remake of the Doom franchise.

In this future-set, Mars-colonized action RPG, players assume the character of an anonymous marine who must fight against Hellish monsters unleashed by the Union Aerospace Corporation. In contrast to Doom 3’s more leisurely survival horror style, the gameplay is speedier and has more open-ended stages, bringing it back to the original two games. The ability to improve characters, traverse environments, and carry out executions called “glory kills” are also part of the game.
