WarioWare Touched! is the perfect game for the Nintendo DS system. You have the classic Wario formula of completing consecutive microgames in seconds, but now you do it on a touchscreen.

The story is the same as every other Wario game, the only thing Wario wants is money. This time, Wario has discovered a new handheld system called DS and wants to make millions of dollars by releasing micro games on this wonderful machine. Your job is to test out these crazy, funny, and somewhat weird minigames. There isn’t much depth to the plot, but that doesn’t stop WarioWare from being a good, entertaining game.

Each character has its own set of micro games that use the touch screen in different ways: touching, dragging, drawing, all kinds of touches. The characters also have their own stories but in general they are silly and funny. For example, Mona is delivering pizza when her rival pop singer attacks her with a giant warship. Then you play micro games to deal with that ship. It’s stupid and crazy.

After completing any of the mini-games, you’ll still find plenty of replay value by completing certain achievements to unlock some of the side games like party, juggle, bowling and big-boned modes. There is also a micro game tower where the higher you go, the faster the micro games get and you have to try to see what the highest score you can get on the tower is.
