After a calamity wipes out all the other oasis in the desert, you find a water god to create the final oasis—a place everyone will explore and hope to survive. To do this, you must restock their stores to accommodate new arrivals continuously. Keeping everyone happy has many benefits. You will discover new residents, upgrading the Oasis as more people stay. They will give you new items, and keeping everyone happy will make Oasis grant you more health.

Outside the Oasis is a vast desert with many passages to unlock, with each section becoming more and more dangerous. In the tribe, you can get many weapons, but each character only has two attacks: faster and more robust with combos. You will level up by defeating enemies.

As the adventure progresses, you’ll find residents who want to join you, becoming party members of up to three at a time. Each member has different weapons and abilities that help solve the puzzles ahead. Weapons also have strengths against certain enemies, so it is wise to know their strengths and weaknesses and bring appropriate allies.

The best way to describe Ever Oasis for 3DS is satisfying. It’s a game that mixes role-playing and action-puzzle fun with a bit of animal crossing elements.
