Though it was one of the first that presented the distinctive interface used in many Coktel games that followed, Bargon Attack is one of the less well-known adventures from Coktel Vision. It was also among the first games Coktel produced to include FMV technology in cutscenes. The gameplay combines humor aspects with science fiction and cyberpunk ideas. It occurs in not too distant future when an extraterrestrial race known as Bargon subjugated the planet and enslaved its population. You assume the position of the young programmer who chooses to terminate the nasty aliens. You will pass about twenty or so sites. Like previous Coktel games, each one comprises one to three screens. You will come across some unusual alien technologies and hazardous species during your adventures. Though the ability to restart the level is always accessible, there are several times when you could perish; moreover, the game includes various arcade sequences.
