Microsoft MSX2 Roms
Hello, this section is dedicated to those looking for ROM game files for the Microsoft MSX2 system.
The MSX2 is not a dedicated gaming system like the PlayStation or Xbox. It was basically a home computer system produced and developed by Microsoft and ASCII Corporation starting in 1985. This system had a rather short lifespan of around 7-8 years, peaking in the mid-1980s. It was popular in Asian and European markets but virtually unknown in the US.
At its release, the Microsoft MSX2 was praised for its powerful configuration and proprietary technologies. It was of course fertile ground for game developers. Around 200 games were developed and released on this system. They were mostly action, shooter, and role-playing genres.
